AWAKE

DAY 1:
Arrival at Santa Marta airport, make sure to arrive before 12 noon so that our transportation can pick you up with the entire group.

2:00 to 2:30 pm Arrival at the hotel and check in

2:30 to 3:30 pm Delicious plant-based lunch.

4:00 to 6:00 pm Opening of the retreat, introductory talk to the experience and we begin by asking permission from the territory, tour of indigenous payments with the guide of the Kogui Mamos.

6:30 to 7:30 pm Dinner, Time to nourish ourselves and share experiences.

8:00 to 8:45 pm Intentional meditation and gathering around the fire to create the purpose of this gathering.

DAY 2:
7:00 to 8:30 am Yoga and conscious movement. To awaken your senses and open your energy channels.

9:00 am Breakfast

10:30 to 1:00 pm Plant workshop to activate the brain and awaken inner creativity. Here you will learn the use and handling of some plants that will help you in your creative process and in your connection with nature and your own cycles.

1:30 pm plant-based lunch

3:30 to 6:30 SENSORY EXPERIENCE, We will have several stations that will activate each of your senses, allowing you to identify what you resonate with. And then we will have a meditative walk to integrate this information received and complement it with the stimuli that nature gives us.

7:30 pm dinner

8:30 pm Closing experience and sharing with fire.

DAY 3:
7:00 to 8:30 am Intuitive yoga, this practice will take you to an experience of expansion of your senses.

9:00 am Breakfast.

9:45 to 12:30 Workshop Opening creative channels through art, leaving the comfort zone and self-recognition.

12:30 pm plant-based lunch.

1:30 to 6:00 pm OPTIONAL : Departure for those who have a visit to the indigenous village and tubing in the river included.
The others have free time to be inspired and to recognize themselves in the wonderful surroundings offered by the Sierra de Santa Marta, its nature and the Palomino River. Or to ask for some therapy to contemplate themselves.

7:00 pm dinner

8:00 pm Creativity experience through sound. Closing and gathering around the fire.

DAY 4:
8:00 am Yoga

9:30 am Special breakfast, Nutrition through creativity Live a more conscious experience with food and make every daily moment a creative ritual to feed the soul.

11:00 am to 12:00m farewell and check out.

12:30 m Departure to Santa Marta airport, return home.

Publicist and certified yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher and founder of Wabi Yoga in Medellin, she is an explorer of consciousness, life and happiness. She combines creativity and teaching to guide others towards well-being and self-knowledge.

LEYLA CURE

Creator of Raiz de Rio, she explores the links between traditional and modern herbalism. She is currently studying Phytotherapy and Ancestrality, while delving deeper into spagyric art. Her focus is on spiritual and vegetal connection.
