The journey begins with an immersive 35 to 40 minute walk along the Camino Real within the reserve, frequented by the Kogi and Arhuaco peoples, immersing you in the vibrant local flora and fauna. From Pozo Caimán, where you will discover an exhibition of Arhuacas backpacks, the adventure changes to paddle surfing. A local guide will instruct you in how to use the paddle board. As you stand on the board, the gentle current of the river will guide you, accompanied by the singing of birds and the exuberant fauna and flora.

CAIMAN WELL ROUTE

Walk of 25-30 minutes plus 45 minutes in the river, ending at the Hotel One Santuario Beach, with a total duration of 1.5 hours

If you prefer not to walk, choose the paddle adventure from the hotel directly to Playa Palomino, gliding along the beautiful river until you reach the quiet beach, with return by car. Duration 1:40 min approx plus return.
