In front of the Palomino River, our space in the middle of the tranquility and silence of the jungle is perfect to go inside with the group for workshops, meditations, yoga, sacred medicine, rituals, intercultural ceremonies and more. This space is outdoors and has water and electricity.

In our open kitchen we are developing recipes using native ingredients and vegetables that come from our garden on the reserve. We work with a network of suppliers in the area to serve fish, meats, coffee, cocoa, vegetables and tropical fruits directly from the sea and the fields to the table. A large part of our dishes are prepared over an open fire, like the bread that comes out of the outdoor oven every day.
Our menu is signature and accommodates the requirements of celiacs, vegans, and vegetarians with prior notice. It is important for our team to organize and verify dietary restrictions at least a week before arriving at the meeting to give the kitchen team space to be organized.
