Mindful Eating introduction dinner. Mindful eating is the practice of paying full attention to the experience of eating, focusing on savoring each bite, recognizing the body's hunger and fullness signals, and being aware of the thoughts and emotions associated with eating. It is an act of presence that invites a deeper connection with food and how it nourishes our being.
